Welcome to the web site of the Wallkill Teachers' Association. We are a Union of Professional Educators employed by the Wallkill Central School District, located in the Hudson Valley region in New York State approximately 90 miles north of New York City. Our members are teachers, social workers, school psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, intervention specialists, and school guidance counselors. The WTA is proud to be a member of New York State United Teachers and affiliated nationally with the National Education Association, American Federation of Teachers and the American Federation of Labor-Congress of Industrial Organizations. The EOB/Bill must contain the ADA dental codes as well as charges for the services provided. Copies of signatures, or EOB/Bills with a signature label will not be accepted, nor will fax copies be accepted. Mail all dental claims to the WTABT - attention to: Dental Claims. |
