All publicity for trips and events coming from
groups outside RC10 must be submitted to the
Travel Program Committee through Kathryn
Chesterfield, Chair, at 518-235-0264 or
kchesterfield@nycap.rr.com.

Internal RC10 groups should engage in dialogue
with the committee before finalizing plans in
order to avoid calendar conflicts.
