ATTENTION GENERAL MEMBERSHIP
 
            For the past few months the Officers and Board of Directors have been working hard, developing a set of By- Laws and streamlining the Constitution of RC 10.
            All that hard work is complete and will be put forth to the membership for their approval at the March 25, 2010  Legislative Luncheon.
            Because of the size of both documents and with the limited issues of the Newsletter available to us, we will  not be able to get the documents to you via the Newsletter nor will we be able to mail them in mass (mailing  costs are prohibitive).  To facilitate this and still meet the language of the Constitution in meeting the 15 day notification requirement, the proposed By-Laws and revised Constitution will be available to you on our  Website. Please go to www.nysut.org/rc10  to read and/ or download and print these documents for yourself.  If  you do not have a computer or printer, and want a copy, contact Kathleen Sanders at:  63 Woodside Drive,  Albany, NY 12208-1157.
