I just wanted to remind everyone to read Schedule A of their contract and to change the sick leave payment from $80.00 to $125.00 per day and to change the amount of the retirement benefit from $20,000.00 to $30,000.00. If anyone is planning to retire this year they have to put in their letter of resignation on or before February 1st of 2006 to receive the incentive.

Contractually teachers may NOT be assigned homework to be done outside of the staff development session.

The only long standing grievance to be settled is the curriculum writing payment to the Berner English teachers for their work.
