A new federal law provides for up to four hours of leave time for annual breast or prostate cancer screening. If you have taken any time off since August 2, 2007, or will be taking time off in the future for such a screening, you should print, fill out, and submit to your building's office a Screening Leave Request Form. The form is available in Lotus Notes by clicking the District Procedures button under the Document Library Links heading on the welcome page.
