The Board of Education of the City School District of the City of Batavia does hereby recognize the Batavia Teachers' Association as the negotiating agent for all classroom teachers requiring certification by the NY State Education Department and employed by the District as follows:
Included: All full-time and part-time probationary and tenured teachers requiring certification by the NY State Education Department and long-term substitute teachers serving in place of probationary or tenured teachers for a period of twenty (20) or more consecutive school days and registered nurses, occupational therapists, physical therapists and their assistants, as well as study hall monitors and ISS personnel who are certified teachers.
